• Further investment in the communication network – at a level of $12m (acquisitions exclusive).
• Active business development in the cities of Moscow, Pskov, Novgorod, Petrozavodsk, Murmansk, Kaliningrad, and Vyborg.
• Retention of the rate of growth and the level of new connections on the dominant market – in St. Petersburg (at least 10 thousand connections a year).
• Company structure optimization: - investment in EPR (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to provide a higher flexibility.
• Program of customer loyalty improving and churn level minimizing.
