ZAO PeterStar developed a Wi-Fi zone for concert organizers of the well-known German industrial group Rammstein at the Sports and Concert Complex “Petersburgski”.

Concert of the Rammstein Group took place in Saint Petersburg on November 26. On the threshold of the concert, within a day PeterStar arranged a Wi-Fi zone at several rooms of “Petersburgski” for Rammstein’s technical group and administrative personnel. A hot spot was created to coordinate the work on preparing and conducting an unforgettable performance of the Rammstein Group worldwide known for their fiery show and stunning music.

Wi-Fi technology was chosen owing to a possibility of quickly develop an internal wireless network and equip with Internet access computers of the whole personnel of the Group. Moreover it had been known that the whole personnel of the Group possessed notebooks with Intel Centrino built-in technology allowing them to work in the Wi-Fi zone without connecting extra equipment. Twenty persons were able to simultaneously work in the hot spot PeterStar had created.

At the moment PeterStar is carrying on negotiations with the Sports and Concert Complex “Yubileiny” regarding the organization of a wireless Wi-Fi Internet zone at the press center, main arena and stands of the complex.
