Dear User !

For accessing the Internet we offer you to make use of not only our tariffs but also of Hour Packages for 9, 20, 55 and 100 hours that you can spent at your discretion.

We’ve specially transferred the Hour Packages to “Virtual Purchases” in order to provide you with an opportunity of working in the Internet under both a Tariff Plan and an Hour Package.

So while formally you were not able to work in the Internet outside of the Tariff Plan chosen, now you can access the Internet at any time of day under both an Hour Package and any required Tariff Plan.

When you need an Hour Package, you can buy it online, having registered your Multicard.

You can purchase an Hour Package in the following way:

1. If you need an Hour Package only, then at the Multicard registration you should specify “Session Access” in the tariff choice column. After you receive your personal login and password your personal account management page will be created on which you will be able to purchase an Hour Package in the section “Services”;

2. If you want to have both anHour Package and a Tariff Plan, at the Multicard registration you choose the Tariff Plan you need, and after registration you will be able to purchase an Hour Package in the section “Services” on your personal account management page created for you at the registration. In this case you should have an amount of money enough for purchasing the Hour Package and paying for the Tariff Plan.

3. If at the moment you don’t need an Hour Package, just get registered, choose any of the tariff plans offered and thereafter you will be given your personal login and password. In that case you don’t buy an Hour Package, but you will be able to do this at any moment in the section “Services”.

Example :

1. You have purchased PeterStar’s Multicard for 10 c.u. You would like to have both an Hour Package and one of the Tariff Plans. In that case you may purchase an Hour Package for 9 hours for 5 c.u. and choose as your Tariff Plan “Session Access” only, for after you bought the Hour Package there is only 5 c.u. out of 10 c.u and this amount is not enough to pay for any Tariff Plan except “Session Access”.

2. You have purchased PeterStar’s Multicard for 25 c.u. In that case you may buy 9, 20 hours and one of the Tariff Plans or 55 hours to work in the Internet.

Attention ! When you are purchasing an Hour Package you are given a LOGIN and PASSWORD that should be used only for working in the Network under your Hour Package.

Login and Password issued to you at the Multicard registration can be used for working under the Tariff Plan chosen. In the event you have purchased the Hour Package for the entire amount of money on your account, the login and password given at the Multicard registration will be inactive. You should use the login and password you were given at the Hour Package purchase.

Cost of Hour Packages:

9 hours – 5 c.u. (for 30 days)
20 hours – 10 c.u. (for 30 days)
55 hours – 25 c.u. (for 60 days)
100 hours – 40 c.u. (for 60 days)

Hour Package is your virtual purchase you can effect only if there is enough money on your account.
