Specificity of the PeterStar network makes it possible to organize high-speed digital dedicated channels with fiber cable being installed up to the subscriber’s (2 MBps – 2.4 Gbps trunks), as well as channels at a lower data speed (19.2 Kbps – 2 Mbps) arranged, at customer’s request, over copper or fiber-optics cable.

Dear Subscribers! From May 01, 2002, in addition to the existing tariffs PeterStar introduces new tariffs for Internet dial-up access under Payment Internet cards. Now, the more hours you purchase, the less you pay for each hour. Any of the hour packages includes: One 10 MB mailbox of the type “user_name@peterstar.ru”; a 3 Mb homepage located at home.peterstar.ru/user_name; extra time is paid under the tariff “Session Access”; unused hours are not transferred to next calendar month; all tariffs represent a final price, i.e. VAT (20%) and Sales Tax (5%) inclusive.
