Purchase via ATM

We offer you to take advantage of ATM’s to buy our Multicards. By purchasing cards via ATM you will be able to save up to 10% of their retail price. In fact you purchase Internet access and telephony services at usual tariffs but instead of a card medium service access parameters will be issued in the form of receipt (scratch card).

At present you can buy the cards via the ATM’s of Sberbank and Bank “First O.V.C.” OAO Promyshlenno-Stroitelny Bank.

Purchasing cards at Sberbank’s ATM

From May 1, 2003 owners of the worldwide payment system Cirrus/Maestro’s cards emitted by any bank will be able to purchase telecommunication services using a modern and accessible method. At present Northwest Sberbank possesses about 300 ATM’s all over the city.

Purchasing Cards Via PSB's ATM

From August 1, 2005 PeterStar cards will be available for owners of worldwide payment cards such as VISA INTERNATIONAL and MASTER CARD INTERNATIONAL. At present there are about 400 places around the city where PSB’s ATMs are installed. Not only PBS’s customers but also those of other banks may buy PeterStar’s cards via ATMs. In this case no extra interest will be charged for the service.

The procedure is very easy. A user inserts his plastic card into the ATM, chooses the menu item “Payment for Communication Services”, enters the plastic card’s PIN Code and selects an amount to be transferred to his personal account a desired nominal value of the card. The amounts correspond to the nominal values of PeterStar Internet and IP telephony cards – 3, 5 , 10 , 25 and 40 conventional units. It is also possible to choose hour cards “3+1”, “5+2” and “10+3”, as well as the card “Yellow Dog Night Club”. Upon completion of these actions the ATM issues a receipt containing information for using Internet and telephone services: PIN code, access password, modem pool and round-the-clock support telephone numbers. The plastic card owner bears no extra cost: no commission is charged for money transfer.
