How to call via Multicard

In order to make a call via the Multicard you should take the following steps:

• If you use a new Multicard (yellow color), dial number 320-3377 and switch your telephone over to tone dialing (see the manual for your telephone; usually by pressing the "*" button).
• If you use a PeterStar IP Visa Card (blue color), dial number 324-6262 and switch your telephone over to tone dialing (see the manual for your telephone; usually by pressing the "*" button).
• Following the voice prompts enter 1 or 2 to select language: - 1 – for Russian, 2 – for English.
• Enter the Card Number and PIN Code (in one word) and press the «#» button.
• Enter the subscriber number you are calling up and press at the end the «#» button:
• For calls over St. Petersburg: 8812 + subscriber number;
• For calls over the Leningrad Oblast: 881 + city code + subscriber number;
• For national calls: 8 + city code + subscriber number;
• For international calls: 810 + country code + city code + subscriber number

If you made a mistake in the subscriber number being dialed, press the «*» button.
