From the 1st till the 31st of March 2002 the PeterStar Company, jointly with the computer trading system “Key”, is waging a unique campaign on promoting the PeterStar Payment Internet Cards.

This campaign provides an Internet service user with a possibility of purchasing the PeterStar Internet Card at half price. To take advantage of this unprecedented offer a buyer needs just to come to one of the six stores “Computer Center Key” and replace a used card from any Petersburg ISP, not less than 5 hours in nominal value, by the PeterStar Payment Internet Card for 5 or 10 c.u, paying 50% of its price only. The number of cards for replacement is limited to 3,000 pieces.

This promotion is aimed at the existing and new Internet service users being able to try product, new for the market, without fear and risk. The PeterStar Payment Internet Card is a convenient and profitable way of working in the Internet. But by force of its novelty Internet users hardly break their anxiety and buy the card. From our side we want to give them a chance to purchase it while experiencing not a shadow of doubt and taking delight in work in the Internet via the PeterStar Payment Internet Card.



HOW TO USE THIS OFFER: STEP BY STEP

To participate in the promotion and purchase the PeterStar Payment Internet Card with a reduction of 50% you need:

1. To visit one of the stores “Computer Center Key” the campaign is being wages in.

2. To bring with you an Internet card from any ISP of St. Petersburg falling under the conditions of the campaign and ask a “Computer Center Key” seller to acknowledge that your Internet card may take part in the campaign.

3. If the Internet card meets all the requirements stated for the campaign, to pay for the PeterStar Payment Internet Card of the required nominal value (5 or 10 conventional units) with a 50% reduction.

4. To transfer the receipt and Internet card to be replaced to the seller of “Computer Center Key” and get the PeterStar Payment Internet Card.



CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN “INTERNET CARD OF THE MONTH” 1. The promotion campaign takes place from the 1st till the 31st of March, 2002 or until the moment of full sale of the 3,000 PeterStar Payment Internet Cards.

2. A reduction of 50% is provided for the PeterStar Payment Internet Cards 5 and 10 c.u. in nominal value.

3. Internet cards accepted for replacement have to satisfy the following obligatory requirements:

Internet card should be a card from one of the Petersburg ISP’s. PeterStar’s Payment Internet Cards are not accepted for replacement;

Nominal value of the Internet card to be replaced should be not less than 5 hours or 5 conventional units;

The date of expiry specified on the card accepted for replacement should be not later than 01 April, 2002.

4. One card for one buyer. Only one PeterStar Payment Internet Card can be purchased by one person with a reduction of 50% irrespective of the number of cards accepted for replacement from this person.
