1. Service Disconnection
To provide the Subscriber with the Internet leased circuit access service a technical resource of the Provider (PeterStar) is assigned to the Subscriber telephone line.
In case of zero balance of your account the provision of the Service is blocked. If within 3 months you don’t replenish your account with a necessary amount of money, the Service is disconnected automatically with this meaning that the technical resource assigned to your telephone line is released, and you will be able to restore the Service only via the reconnection procedure with the payment of connection charge in full volume.
2. Service Suspension
In order to suspend the Service you are able to switch over to the tariff plan “Suspension”. See the relevant rental in the subsection “TARIFFS”.
The maximum and continuous term within which the tariff plan “Suspension” is valid makes 6 months. This means that within 6 months of the date of switching over to the tariff plan “Suspension” the resource assigned for the provision of leased circuit access service is reserved for your telephone line. If within 6 months you didn’t make use of the Service, then on the expiry of this term it is automatically disconnected, i.e. the technical resource assigned to your telephone line is released, and you will be able to restore the Service only via the reconnection procedure with the payment of connection charge in full volume.
In this case the rule remains valid described above in item 1 “Service Disconnection”.
