TO CONNECT
To connect the Service “ADSL COMFORT” you need to take several steps:
- Step one – Executing and sending us Request for examining technical feasibility of providing the Service on your telephone line.
- Step two – Having obtained our positive reply to your Request, handing in Application for the installation of ADSL equipment on your telephone line. Concurrently with handing in the Application you should pay:
- Step three – Obtaining our answer on the Service connection. Within 12 business days after the date your Application was successfully handed in we perform necessary work on your telephone line and when the work is accomplished, notify you of the Service connection.
- Connecting and adjusting ADSL equipment and PC
a) Having received our notification of the Service connection you, independently or – in case you ordered the connection and adjustment – Visit of the Provider’ s Specialist – jointly with our representative, connect and adjust the ADSL equipment and your PC.
b) Thereafter you carry out all necessary network settings and, having started the Internet browser, you get to the guest zone of the PeterStar site on which (using the login and password obtained at the connection stage) you gain access to the account management page to manage your personal account.
c) On the account management page you activate the Multicards received at the connection stage, replenishing thereby your personal account with a necessary amount of money.
d) Then you start the program of remote connection (running with the ÐÐÐîÅ driver) and, using your login and password, gain full access to Internet resources.
e) In case no PP Ð oE driver is installed on your operating system, you will be able to download it from the PeterStar site at the address www.peterstar.ru.
- Using the Service “ADSL COMFORT”
In order to replenish your personal account use PeterStar Multicards of the required nominal value.
