  This service is aimed at telecommunication service operators (Internet providers), and involves leasing PeterStar’s modem-pool capacity to a third-party provider for use as the provider’s own “virtual” capacity (e.g., to provide Internet access). The service can be provided with or without a separate number or numbers being allocated to the provider.
