Customer Service is available on Monday - Thursday from 8:30 till 19:00, on Friday from 8:30 till 18:00. When applying to Customer Service at phone 329-9040 you will be able to obtain information on the PeterStar tariffs and services, agreement signing and document drawing up procedures.

Fault Bureau is open around the clock without days off. Calls on problems on your telephone lines are accepted at phone 329-9080.

Internet Service Support Group works around the clock. At phone 324-0277 you may ask questions and get an opinion of our technical specialist on Internet access services.

Debt Collection Group is open daily, except Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30 till 17:30. At phone 324-5819 you will be informed of your debt (if any) and the term to pay it off.

At phone 329-9060 you may also take advantage of the Automatic Inquiry and Information Service.
