Telephone Line Relocation
If you are moving to another office, you can transfer your telephone lines
to your new address.
To relocate PeterStar telephone lines to another address, please send a written application to PeterStar Customer Service by fax to 329-9007, or by e-mail to ÎÎ@office.peterstar.com. You can obtain the application form by calling PeterStar Customer Service at 329-9040, or download it below. A technical feasibility study for the relocation will be carried out within five working days. If technically feasible, a customer service representative will draw up a telephone-line relocation specification and send it to you for signing. On receiving the signed specification, your telephone lines will be relocated within 10 working days.
The cost of relocation is 50 c.u. per telephone line. Your old telephone numbers will be retained only if technically feasible.
The cost of relocating lines under wireless access technology is 150 c.u. per line.
