Contract Rearrangement
If your company’s organizational and legal form, banking requisites or name changes, you need to rearrange your contract with PeterStar.
To rearrange the contract it is necessary to send to PeterStar Customer Service at fax number 329-9007, or e-mail to ÎÎ@office.peterstar.com a request for contract rearrangement (see the request form below). Enclose to your letter the following documents:
- Banking requisites of the organization the contract will be arranged to
(name of the bank and its affiliate, account No., correspondence account
No., BIC, ÎÊÎÍÕ and ÎÊÏÎ codes)
- Copy of the certificate of organization registration with taxation authorities
- Ownership or tenancy agreement for the premises the telephone lines being
rearranged are installed in
The above documents should be sent to PeterStar Customer Service not later
than the 15th day of the month of contract rearranging. After that you will
receive a new contract for signing. The contract signed by you should be forwarded
to PeterStar not later than the 25th day of the same month.
Rearrangement is possible only in case of no indebtedness under this contract.
